They apply only if an App displays a subscription offer and you affirmatively confirm the purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another identified seller. The purchase screen supplies the controlling price, billing interval, trial, and benefits.
1. Scope and priority
These Subscription Terms supplement the Soft-D Lab Terms of Use. If they conflict about a subscription, these Subscription Terms control. The store’s billing terms also apply. Mandatory consumer rights and the purchase information shown immediately before confirmation take priority where law requires.
Soft-D Lab will not characterize a one-time benefit as a recurring subscription. A subscription will provide the sustained or recurring value described on its offer screen for the paid access period.
2. Offer disclosures
Before purchase, the App or store will identify:
- the subscription name and included features or content;
- the price and currency, including applicable taxes where the store displays them;
- the billing period, such as weekly, monthly, or annual;
- whether automatic renewal applies and when you will be charged;
- the length and conditions of a free or discounted trial, if any;
- whether a subscription is required for particular functionality; and
- how to manage and cancel.
Localized store price and offer text shown at confirmation controls over an illustrative price shown elsewhere. Internet, carrier, bank, exchange-rate, and tax charges not imposed by Soft-D Lab may apply.
3. Billing and automatic renewal
The seller charges the payment method associated with your platform account when you confirm a purchase. Unless the offer says otherwise, an auto-renewable subscription continues for successive periods of the same duration until canceled.
Your platform account may be charged within the period disclosed by Apple or Google before renewal. Keep payment information current. If payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, or recovered under the platform’s grace-period and retry rules. Soft-D Lab does not receive your complete payment-card number.
4. Free and discounted trials
If an offer includes a trial, eligibility, duration, and the post-trial price appear before purchase. Unless canceled before the deadline shown by the store, the trial converts to the stated paid subscription and automatically renews.
A store may limit trials to new or otherwise eligible subscribers. Changing plans or redeeming another offer may end or alter an existing trial. Unused trial time may be forfeited when purchasing another subscription where the store discloses that result.
5. Managing and canceling
Cancel through the same platform account used to purchase:
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current period. Uninstalling the App, failing to use it, deleting App data, or emailing a deletion request does not cancel the platform subscription. If the store provides a country-specific immediate cancellation or prorated-refund option, that option applies.
6. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Apple or Google generally acts as seller and handles store-billed refund requests under its rules. Contact the store through the purchase history or order-support process. Soft-D Lab will provide reasonable product information needed to evaluate a request but cannot promise a store refund.
Nothing in these terms limits a statutory refund, cooling-off, conformity, or withdrawal right that cannot be waived. For immediately supplied digital content or services, a store may request consent to begin performance and acknowledgment that a withdrawal right may be affected, as local law allows.
If Soft-D Lab directly bills a future subscription, the offer will identify Soft-D Lab as seller and provide separate payment, cancellation, refund, and tax details before purchase.
7. Price and service changes
We may change subscription features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or retire features that are no longer viable. We will not materially reduce paid value during a current period without a remedy required by law.
A price increase applies only with the notice and consent process required by the platform and applicable law. Where advance in-app or email notice is required, we will explain the old price, new price, effective date, reason, and cancellation method. If affirmative consent is required and not given, the subscription may expire instead of renewing.
We may discontinue a plan. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice and continue access through the paid period or provide a lawful refund or replacement remedy.
8. Account and data deletion
The current Apps do not create Soft-D Lab user accounts. If a subscribed App later introduces an account, account deletion will be available in the App and through the process described on the Account and Data Deletion page. Deletion removes associated user data subject to lawful retention, but it does not cancel billing controlled by the app store.
Purchase records may be retained independently by Apple, Google, banks, or tax authorities under their obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

For a subscription feature or entitlement problem, email support@softdlab.com. Include the App, platform, product, purchase date, country, and a redacted order reference. Do not send full payment-card details or a platform password.
